A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot & Cabernet Franc, fermented and matured in oak casks for 12 months.

Colour: Deep, sparkling colour with crimson hues.
Aroma: An elegant bouquet of plum, blackcurrants, ripe cherry pepper and noble notes of tobacco.
Taste: Black pepper and hints of chocolate are nicely integrated in the delicate, plush body.
The exquisite balance of the aromas, the silkiness of the tannins and the cedar note of the oak lead to the prolonged and elegant finish.
Pair with game, veal and beef, rich cheese.
