History of the brand: Kera Tamara is the daughter of Tsar Ivan Alexander and sister to Tsar Ivan Shishman – the last Bulgarian ruler. She was famous for her beauty and piety, as well as with the Tsar’s love for her. Because of these facts did Sultan Murad I requested her for his wife in the name of the truce between the two rulers.

Organoleptic properties:
Fermented and matured for 6 months in oak barrels
Colour: pale yellow colour with a green hue.
Aroma: Complex aroma with hints of cream and citrus, taste of ripe peach and apricot, walnut and baked sesame, mineral flavours and aromas of toast, vanilla and butter extracted from the cask.
Taste: perfectly balanced taste that fills the mouth and leaves traces of everything promised by the aroma.
Pair with foie gras, sea fish and lobster. Great aperitif.
